Does the pricing change apply to existing customers or only new customers?

The pricing change applies only to accounts created following the July 7th announcement.

Update: Starting February 2023, all users are being migrated to the newer platform, the legacy platform is being sunsetted.

Multiple emails were sent to prompt users about these coming changes last July, September and February. Attached is the latest February email.
