Can I use two or more endpoints as a load balancer or backup?

As you know, we run a network of clusters of nodes, and each endpoint is connected to the nearest cluster, which defeats the purpose of using two or more endpoints as a load balancer.

You can, however, spin up servers located in different regions. For example, one in US East and one in the EU, these servers will connect to 2 distinct clusters.
